This is where I take everything you're already managing and build it into a clear, sustainable plan you can actually follow.

What's Included

Kickoff Case Review (45 min, Zoom)

• Deep intake and lab/test review (please allow 2 business days before the call so I can review your documents)
• Written plan within 3 business days: priorities, feeding framework (commercial or DIY), supplement strategy, hydration and minerals, environment adjustments
• Recording of the call

2-week check-in (30 min) — early response and tolerance review, small strategic adjustments; recording and updated notes

1-month check-in (30 min) — fold in targeted supports, refine feeding; recording and update

2-month check-in (30 min) — review progress and any new labs, vet-collaboration talking points as needed; recording and update

3-month milestone (30–45 min) — solidify the plan, address sticking points like appetite, weight, stools, or mobility; if you're on the DIY path, receive up to 3 custom recipes tailored to your dog's medical constraints and tolerances within the following 2 weeks; recording and recipe PDFs

6-month wrap (30 min) — maintenance roadmap, retest guidance, supplement adjustments, long-term rotation plan; recording and final notes

Between calls: email access for quick clarifications, up to 2 concise emails per month, Monday through Friday. Deeper changes get worked through on your next scheduled call.

3. Email over any prior labs or reports — please allow 2 business days for review.
4. Meet on Zoom, and receive your written plan within 3 business days.

If you're hoping for a quick turnaround or aren't working with a vet for the underlying diagnosis and monitoring, this program may not be the right fit.
