Processing times

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, Eastern Time).
• During launches/holidays, please allow 3–5 business days.
• Pre-orders will list estimated ship dates on the product page.

Where we ship
United States: all 50 states, PO Boxes via USPS.
Canada: coming soon!
All other countries, please contact us at jess@wildwellnesspet.com so that we may assist you.

Rates & transit estimates
• US Standard (2–5 business days) – flat $9.95+ (based on weight)
• US Free shipping on orders $159+ (after discounts, before tax).
• Canada Tracked (5–10 business days) – coming soon!
Carrier delivery windows are estimates once the package is scanned in.

Order tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need a change, email jess@wildwellnesspet.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is processed, we can’t reroute it.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please:

  1. Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early).

  2. Check with neighbors and around entrances/mailrooms.

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
    Email us if you still need help—we’ll guide next steps. We aren’t responsible for packages after carrier delivery, but we’ll always try to support you.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and email jess@wildwellnesspet.com within 72 hours of delivery so we can assist.

Heat/cold-sensitive items
For certain products, we may ship Mon–Thu only or add insulation at our discretion to avoid weekend holds and temperature extremes.

Multiple shipments
If an item is back-ordered or ships from a different facility, you may receive multiple packages at no extra cost.

Returns
See our Returns & Refunds policy for eligibility and instructions. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
