Leaky Gut & Food Sensitivities Support (Dogs)

Consultations provided by Jessica Arrington, BRNC, CPCN, CHPHC.

Your dog is stuck in the itch-scratch-yeast-ear-infection loop, or her stools have never quite been normal, and you've probably already been through more than one "mystery reaction" you couldn't pin down. Maybe she's cycling through Apoquel or Cytopoint (or other immune suppressants) just to get through the week. None of that is a character flaw in your dog — it's usually a gut that's lost its integrity, and it doesn't repair by accident or overnight.

This is a structured, months-long program to actually rebuild that gut, not just manage the symptoms sitting on top of it.

Why It Fits the ReWilding Model

Quick fixes are how most of us end up here in the first place — a flare-up gets suppressed instead of understood, and six months later it's back, even worse. This program is the opposite of that. It's slow on purpose, built around your dog's actual pace instead of a calendar, and it ends with you holding a real answer: a specific list of foods your dog tolerates and a plan you can maintain on your own, not a dependency on ongoing intervention.

What Results Look Like

  • Calmer skin and fewer flare cycles
  • More consistent stools, less gas and bloating
  • A clear list of tolerated foods you can rotate with confidence
  • A species-appropriate plan you can actually maintain long-term

Timeline reality: depending on severity and any medications involved, expect 8–12 months for the program. This isn't a fast program, and that's intentional.

What's Included

Kickoff (45–60 minutes, Zoom)

  • Full intake and history review (please allow 2 business days before the call so I can review your documents)
  • Written plan within 3 business days: order of operations, rotation and elimination framework, starter supports
  • A rotation and elimination diet template tailored to your dog

2-week check-in (30 min) — review early reactions, adjust rotation speed and triggers; video recording and updated notes

1-month check-in (30 min) — fold in targeted supplements, refine hydration and minerals; video and protocol update

2-month check-in (30 min) — evaluate response, discuss vet collaboration for medication step-downs if applicable, plan safe food testing cadence; video and protocol update

3–4 month milestone (30–45 min) — finalize the tolerated ingredient list; deliver 3 custom recipes (cooked or raw, matched to your dog's sensitivities) within the following 2 weeks; video and recipe PDFs

6-month check-in (30 min) — confirm stability, adjust recipes or supplements as needed, coordinate vet labs or notes if appropriate; video and updated plan

8-month check-in (30 min, as progress suggests) — continue taper conversations with your vet if applicable, small tweaks; video and minor adjustments

12-month courtesy check-in (30 min, free, a $99 value) — long-term maintenance plan, retest guidance if needed; video and final notes

Between calls: email access for quick clarifications, up to 2 concise emails per month, Monday through Friday. Deeper changes get worked through on your next scheduled call.

How It Works

  1. Purchase the program.
  2. You'll receive an email with an intake form and calendar link.
  3. Complete your intake and upload any relevant labs or reports — please allow 2 business days for review.
  4. We meet on Zoom (recorded for you), and you'll receive your written plan within 3 business days.

What Makes It Different

This isn't a supplement bundle with your name loosely attached to it. It's month-over-month adjustment based on how your specific dog is actually responding, built around real check-in points instead of a one-time protocol handed to you and left alone. And it ends with 3 recipes built for your dog's actual tolerances, not a generic starter set.

Who It's Not Right For

This program is built for dogs with ongoing itch, yeast, or ear cycles, inconsistent stools, mystery reactions, or known food sensitivities — especially dogs cycling through medications like Apoquel or Cytopoint (or other immune suppressants) under vet oversight. If you're looking for a fast fix or aren't ready for a patient, structured process that runs 8–12 months, this isn't the right program for you right now.

This is a capacity-limited program, and purchases are non-refundable once intake review begins. Rescheduling requires 24+ hours' notice.

This is education and coaching only, not a substitute for veterinary care. Always work with your trusted veterinarian for diagnosis and medication decisions.
